We actually support our products with real tech support people who respond to emails and (Heaven forbid) answer the phone. Email us first (support@bsmsphd.com).
The vast majority of problems are trivial and can be fixed in a minute or two with an email or a quick phone call. Generally those problems consist of simply downloading a current version of a program you need or might be missing or us going in and doing a quick configuration of your settings to work with our programs.
There are also problems with computers that have nothing to do with us such as the computer breaking or viruses. We cannot help you with those problems.
Known technical issues:
MP3 files playing: If you have a Vista machine and you have trouble playing our mp3 files just go to www.gomlab.com and download their media player.
On our user guide programs if you can hear speaking but not see anything on your screen you may also need to download the Camtasia Tech Smith codec. Click here to download the Tech Smith codec

Printing Fixes: Many printer manufacturers now have only virtual printing support and drivers. We have added an XPS printing capability so you will be able to print casebriefs to a usb or wireless virtual printer port. Version 72 downloads on have virtual printing support. Download the newest version of the product available and install it and then attempt a print and if the print does not work, turn off and then turn on your machine and it should work just fine.

Virtual printing also might require you to download and install the current print driver for your printer. That can be obtained from your support site for your printer.
For those of you who have problems configuring a printer you can call with the comptuer on and we can get you up and running in a minute or two.
Saving: There was an anamoly with the save function for casebriefs that caused it to be intermittant on certain machines that has been solved and is available in the current version 72 Demo download.
